Effective Date: March 27, 2026
Forensic Revenue, operated by FR Consulting LLC, works with materials that may contain commercially sensitive information, including transcripts and related business context submitted through our application.
This page explains, in clear business language, how we think about data handling, confidentiality, retention, and user responsibility. It is intended as an institutional overview and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Our Approach
We believe customer-submitted materials should be handled with care, professionalism, and disciplined operational judgment.
Because our work may involve sales conversations, internal business context, and strategic commercial information, we treat data handling as a core part of responsible service delivery.
Our goal is to provide a high-trust environment for analysis while being clear about what this page does and does not promise.
2. What Materials May Be Submitted
Depending on the service and product functionality, users may submit: sales call transcripts; written conversation records; contextual business information related to the call or deal; account and workspace data needed to support service delivery; and, in the future, audio or related conversation materials.
We use these materials to operate the service, generate outputs, preserve continuity inside the customer’s workspace, and support the cumulative intelligence value of the platform over time.
3. How Submitted Materials Are Used
Customer-submitted materials may be used to: process and analyze the submitted conversation or business material; generate outputs, findings, briefs, and related service deliverables; support account functionality and workspace continuity; improve consistency and context within the customer’s own service environment over time; and maintain historical records associated with the customer’s use of the service.
We do not describe this page as a substitute for a separate client contract, statement of work, or formal nondisclosure agreement where those may later apply.
4. Confidentiality Posture
We recognize that submitted materials may contain private, sensitive, or commercially important business information.
Our operating posture is to handle such materials in a professional, limited-purpose, service-delivery context. That means we use submitted materials primarily to provide, maintain, support, and improve the services for the relevant customer or user workspace.
At the same time, this page is a general trust and process statement. It is not a standalone unlimited NDA, and it does not replace any separate written confidentiality agreement that may apply to a paid engagement.
5. Storage and Third-Party Infrastructure
We use third-party infrastructure and storage providers to support the operation of our website, application, and related services. That means submitted materials, account information, and service outputs may be stored, processed, or transmitted through third-party systems that help us operate the service.
We select and use such infrastructure as part of normal service delivery, but this page should not be read as a claim of any specific certification, regulatory framework, or security standard unless explicitly stated elsewhere in a formal written document.
6. Retention
We retain customer-submitted materials and related service outputs in order to support: ongoing account functionality; continuity within the workspace; historical reference; service improvement within the customer’s own environment; and the cumulative or compound intelligence effect that can increase value over time.
In practical terms, we may retain submitted materials for as long as the user or customer chooses to maintain them in the service. If a user requests deletion, we will process that request subject to any limited retention needed for legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or protection of service integrity.
7. User Control and Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of submitted materials or related information by contacting us at info@forensicrevenue.com.
We will review and process deletion requests in accordance with applicable obligations and operational requirements. Please note that deletion may affect continuity, historical context, and the cumulative analytical value of the service within that account.
8. User Responsibility for Submitted Materials
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, authorizations, and lawful basis to submit materials to the service. This includes responsibility for: having authority to upload transcripts or related materials; complying with applicable notice, consent, recording, privacy, employment, or other legal requirements; and ensuring that submitted content does not violate the rights of third parties.
Forensic Revenue does not assume that every uploaded item is automatically lawful to submit. That responsibility remains with the user or customer providing the materials.
9. Limits of This Page
This page is intended to explain our general data handling and confidentiality posture in plain language. It does not: replace the Privacy Policy; replace the Terms of Service; create a separate legal services relationship; constitute legal advice; create a standalone written NDA unless a separate agreement expressly says so; or guarantee any specific certification, security framework, or compliance status not expressly stated elsewhere.
For paid engagements or more formal relationships, additional contractual terms may govern data handling, confidentiality, retention, and related obligations.
